Most Americans don’t know that women aren’t included in the Constitution because we still haven’t passed the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA). Adding women to the Constitution will guarantee stronger protections against domestic and sexual violence and eliminate the pay gap. We are only two states away from passing the ERA, and Illinois is voting THIS THURSDAY, May 31, 2018. Please take a few minutes to make your voice heard by calling/emailing these Illinois representatives who are on the fence. Urge them to “vote yes on the Equal Rights Amendment bill!”
